Winona-Ryder

Winona Ryder (born Winona Laura Hornowitz) was born in Winona Minnesota. The parents of Winona Ryder gave her the name of the town she grew up in. Michel Horowitz was her father as well as Cynthia Palmer, his mother was both an author and editors. Ryder's father was from the Jewish family. Ryder thinks she's Jewish. Ryder is the youngest sister of Uria as well as half-siblings Jubal and Sunyata. Ryder along with her whole family moved to Mendocino County in California at the age of seven. Ryder was only seven years old. There was no electricity. Ryder was a voracious read and often spent her time reading books as she had no television. Ryder took acting classes at the age of Ryder was twelve years old, in the American Conservatory Theatre. When she was 15years old, Ryder was offered her very first role on the screen in Lucas. Ryder had to deal with bullying throughout her high school years. Her hope was that acting would bring about a change. However, it didn't come to pass. The actress continued to chase her ambitions. Beetlejuice, a 1988 Tim Burton film, was her first big breakthrough. Ryder continued to be successful in her characters in numerous films. In 1993, she was awarded an Oscar Award for The Age of Innocence.
