Jill AND Mary

Jillian Hernnessy (born 25th November on the 25th of November, 1968) is an Canadian actress, singer who made an impact on American television. The actress has made well-known due to her portrayals as Claire Kincaid in Law & Order and Crossing Jordan. Hennessy has also demonstrated her acting prowess in movies like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted and independent movies Chutney Popcorn and The Acting Class, where she also flexed her writing and co-directing muscles. Hennessy began her career in 1988, alongside her sister, as twin call girls in the film Dead Ringers. In 1990, she briefly was in a short stint on Broadway on Broadway as Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. Her next move was into sci-fi and played Dr. Marie Lazarus (RoboCop 3) in 1993. In the fall of that year, she was a part of the crew of the NBC popular crime drama Law & Order in the part of the assistant district attorney Claire Kincaid. Parker won the Tony Award 2001 for Best Actress in the Broadway Show Proof.
